We have three pates (smoked Eel, smoked fish and our award winning Kina) that are produced in our registered kitchen. These contain no added preservatives and have a 14 day shelf life. They are made in small batches to ensure freshness and consistent flavour.

Fish – Fresh or Smoked

Our fish is caught by a local fisherman who works two boats ensuring that we have fresh fish whenever possible.
We smoke our fish using manuka giving it a natural smoke flavour. We have smoked Snapper, Kingfish, Trevally, Marlin, Salmon, Mullet, Kahawai, Smoked Hapua roe.

Scallops

Our scallops are harvested from Northland waters and fresh frozen to retain their full flavours.

Products are supplied to restaurants, cafes, delicatessens and now New World Supermarkets.
We also have a small retail shop on our premises which offers all our products.
Open Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm and Saturdays 9am – 1pm depending how busy we are.
